Welcome to the Casino Fantasy League. Please read this entire document thoroughly and DO NOT miss place it or throw it away.

  • Ownership
    1. Owners will need to abide by the league rules set forth in this document. Failure to abide by these rules may result in loss of owner’s franchise or league penalties.
    2. Owners will have 10 draft picks.
      1. Protect 3 players
    3. The entry fee is $80.00 (commissioner will let you when to pay and how much)
    4. All owners are responsible for their teams and all line-ups. The commissioner is not responsible.
  • Schedule
    1. There will be 14 weeks of the regular season and 3 weeks of playoff.
  • Division (are based on seed/missing playoffs)
    1. Omaha Hold’em
      1. Seeds 1,3,5,7 (in non-draft fresh year).
    2. Texas Hold’em
      1. Seeds 2,4,6,8 (in non-draft fresh year).
    3. Caribbean Hold’em
      1. Seeds 9,10,11,12 (in non-draft fresh year).
  • Draft
    1. At the end of every 2 years we will draft fresh.
    2. The draft order will snake all the way through the draft (in a non-draft fresh year).
    3. Owners will have 2 minutes to make a selection.
    4. If an owner runs out of time during their pick, you will pick at the end of the draft.
    5. There will be a 5 minute break between rounds, if needed.
    6. Trade(s) will be allowed on draft day.
    7. If you draft a player(s) that is already injured, they CANNOT be put on IR until week 2.
    8. If a player(s) gets injured after the draft, you can drop them, keep them active or stick them on IR.
  • Roster
    1. Owners must maintain 13 active player rosters during the season.
    2. Weekly lineup will consist of the following 9 starters.
      1. 1 Defense/Special Team
      2. 1 Kicker
  • 1 Quarterback
  1. 1 or 2 Running back
    • If you start 1 RB you can start 4 WR/TE
    • If you start 2 RB you can start 3 WR/TE
  2. 1 Tight end
  3. 4 or 3 wide receivers/Tight end
  1. There is a maximum of 3 RB you can have on your active roster at a time.
  2. There is a maximum of 2 TE you can have on your active roster at a time.
  3. You can only have 1 tie breaker selected, either a RB, WR, TE, or KI (No Def or QB can be selected).
  • Line-Ups
    1. It is the owner’s responsibility to know when the games are.
    2. If a starting player(s) is inactive for the 12:00 games, 3:00 games, Sunday night game or Monday night game, you can change that player(s) out for a bench player(s) of the same position that has not played. You will have 20 minutes after the start of that game to post the player(s) that you want to put in for the inactive player(s) (the post must be seen by everyone). If you started 2 running backs and 1 of those is inactive then you can sub in a WR/TE in that spot. You CANNOT change out a defense or quarterback.
  • Injury Reserves
    1. You can put a player(s) on injury reserve as long as they are listed as DOUBTFUL OR OUT according to the RT Sport Web Site.
    2. If you pick up a player(s) that is injured during the offseason, they must sit on your active roster until after week 1 games has been played before they can go on IR. If you stick someone on IR that did not sit out at least a week, you WILL LOSE that player you stick on IR the next day
    3. If you pick up a player(s) that is injured during the regular season, they must sit on your active roster for a week before they can go on IR. If you stick someone on IR that did not sit out at least a week, you WILL LOSE that player you stick on IR the next day.
    4. If the player(s) that on IR plays you will have until the Tuesday (1 week after) they play to take them off IR or lose them the free agency.
    5. You can have 3 players on IR. Once you put a player(s) on IR, you must pick their replace at the same time. If you fail to do this the player(s) you stuck on IR will go to free agency.
    6. You cannot stick a player(s) on IR the same week as their bye week. If your player(s) is on the IR before their bye week then you are ok.
    7. Suspended players(s) cannot go on IR.
  • Trades and Transactions
    1. Trade deadline is week 12. NO TRADES AFTER WEEK 12.
    2. All trades are done between Tuesday thru Saturday.
    3. All transaction will be based on the waiver system. The waiver system starts Tuesday at 7:00 A.M. CDT thru 11:00 P.M. CDT.
    4. Free agent period will start on Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. CDT thru Sunday 10:00 AM CDT.
    5. Playoff teams WILL NOT be allowed any transaction after first round playoff games, unless a player(s) is on the NFL IR as DOUBTFUL or OUT. To make any transaction during the playoffs, you must post it on the message board for everyone to see. The person that posted it first gets the player as long as that the original player is list as DOUBTFUL or OUT per RT SPORTS ONLY.
    6. Suspended player(s) cannot be dropped after Week 13.
  • Scoring
    1. COM is the web site that RT Sports gets their stats from. This is the official site for the CFL League.
    2. Touchdown Runs
      1. 0-49 yards = 6 points
      2. 50+ yards = 12 points
    3. Touchdown Passes
      1. 0-49 yards = 4 points
      2. 50+ yards = 8 points
    4. 2-PT Conversion Run
      1. 0-49 yards = 2 points
      2. 50+ yards = 4 points
    5. 2-PT Conversion Pass
      1. 0-49 yards = 2 points
      2. 50+ yards = 4 points
    6. Safety
      1. 0-49 yards = 2 points
      2. 50+ yards = 4 points
    7. Touchdown on kickoffs return/ punt return
      1. 6 points
    8. Field Goals
      1. 15-29 yards = 3 points
      2. 30-39 yards = 4 points
      3. 40-49 yards = 5 points
      4. 50-59 yards = 6 points
      5. 60+ = 10 points
      6. Missed field goals under 40 yards = -1 point
    9. Extra points = 2 points
      1. Missed Extra point = -1 point
    10. Scores on fake field goals and punts will be awarded to the player(s) who scores.
    11. Defensive scoring (can only happen when the defense is on the field).
      1. Sacks
        1. 2 points
      2. Points allowed by defense
        1. 0 points = 20 points
        2. 1-6 points = 7 points
        3. 7-13 points = 4 points
        4. 14-20 points = 1 point
        5. 21-27 points = 0 point
        6. 28-34 points = -2 points
        7. 35+ points = -4 points
      3.  Turnovers
        1. 3 points for all turnovers.
        2. Double points for all turnovers returned for a touchdown 50 yards or more.
    12. Special team’s scores can only happen when the special team is on the field.
      1. Blocked Punt
        1. 2 points
      2. Blocked field goal
        1. 2 points
      3. Blocked extra point
        1. 2 points
    13. Ties will be decided by the 1 player you have check for the tie breakers. The one with the most points from the tie breaker wins the game. If it is still tie after the tie breakers, then the home team automatically gets 3 points for having home field.
    14. Quarterback scoring
      1. 1 pt for every 25 yards
      2. Interception = -1 point
    15. You will get 1 point for every 10 yards (includes the quarterback). This is for combined yards (rushing and receiving). The web site will subtract negative yards from the total yards.
    16. 1 point per reception for Ki, Qb, Rb, Te, and WR.
    17. -1 point for all fumbles lost.
  • Playoffs
      1. 8 teams make the playoffs
        1. 3 Division winners
        2. 5 wildcards (non division winners) with the best records.
        3. The 4 playoff teams that lose in the first round of the playoffs will continue to play each other for the 5th through 8th draft picks in the following year draft. The 2 winners will play for the 5th pick in the following year draft and the team that lost will get the 6th pick in the following year draft. The 2 teams that lost will play each other for the 7th and 8th pick in the following year draft.

            3. #6 seed vs. #3 seed

          2. Second Round (winner bracket)
            1. Lowest seed vs. Highest Seed

            2. 2nd lowest seed vs. 2nd highest seed
        4. The 4 non playoff teams will play each other head to head match up with a 9 man line-up just like regular season. The 2 winners will play each other and the winner of that game gets the 1st pick overall in the following year draft and the team the lost will get the 2nd pick in the following year draft. The other 2 teams will play each other for the 3rd pick in the following year draft and the team that lost will get the 4th pick in the following year draft.
