FFL KINGS
THE BIBLE
2023
The “Bible” is the Law for The FFL Kings, fantasy football league for the current season, revised after every yearly banquet.
Nothing that is written in the “Bible” shall be changed without a majority of the team owners or more voting in a change after the end of the current year, at the banquet, unless 100% of the team owners agree to the change.
Any changes suggested throughout the year will be brought up for discussion and vote at the annual banquet.
AND SO IT IS WRITTEN!
AS AGREED UPON AT THE BANQUET!!
This league commissioner is Mark Wood.
The league will consist of 12 teams; 2 divisions to be named North and South. Divisions will be formatted with the following criteria based on the previous year’s total point’s standings:
North South
1st 7th
2nd 8th
3rd 9th
4th 10th
5th 11th
6th 12th
Any new team in the league will automatically start as 12th, and be placed in the South. The remaining teams will move up as necessary. New teams will be responsible for anything owed by the team they replace.
In order to minimize and settle any disputes a dispute panel will be utilized whenever necessary, after any affected owners are contacted.
The Dispute Panel will consist of the Top Two Point Leaders (not involved) along with the Commissioner
This league has an auction draft.
RTSports.com will be used as the official player position list and will be solely utilized in determining scores. The first position listed for a two-position player will be his assigned position. NFL.com may be used to settles disputes.

THE DRAFT
The draft will be an auction draft on the Saturday before opening day.
An owner must be present at the draft to draft their team. No subs will be allowed for a missing owner* and their team will be removed from the league and replaced with the next owner on the waiting list to join the league.
* A sub will be allowed if the owner is involved in an emergency situation.
Each team must draft the following:
1 - Team Quarterbacks
1 - Running Backs
1 - Wide Receivers/Tight End
4 - RB’s, WR's , TE's (can be a combination of either or)
1 - Place Kickers
1 - Defensive Teams
7 - Bench Players (Any Position)
16 - Total Players on roster
Each team will start with a salary cap of $200.00.
On draft day, no team shall go above the cap to fulfill their 16-man roster.
Each player shall have a salary of no less than $1.00
All bids and salaries shall be in dollar amounts; hence, no bids with the words “cents” will be tolerated.
The salary will only cover the draft. Salary will not matter for trades or waiver purposes.
An auctioneer will be used. They cannot be a team owner. They will be responsible for maintaining money counts of each team, which will be available upon request of any owner during the draft.
Owners will select players to be auctioned in reverse order of the previous years’ finish (12-1) and then back (1-12). The player picked will be up for auction, going to the highest bidder or franchise player owner, who does not exceed their cap. This will continue until all teams are complete.
When an owner names a player to be bid on, he will start with a bid. If no one else bids on that player, the owner that named him will get him for the bid stated.
Any player not bid on will be placed in the waiver pool.
Waivers can be made on RTS following the draft.

All money owed for the season must be paid in full, prior to draft day. No Exceptions! If money is not paid, you will NOT be able to draft a team and will be ejected from the league and replaced by another owner on the waiting list.
Each team will be responsible for submitting their lineup prior to game time of each player. If a team is not submitted on time, the owner will receive ZERO points for that week. If they feel that they have a legitimate reason for not getting their lineup in, that owner may call a dispute panel that will either grant them the same lineup from the previous week or maintain their “0”.
Changes to your roster can be made up until game time of each game that day, in which you have players involved.
A set Schedule for Weeks 1-14 in the FFL KINGS season will have you playing a division team during the weeks there are no BYE’s*. This way you can play a division opponent at full strength. The Schedule will remain in the exact same format (N1 - N6 & S1 - S6) for each season.
Standings will be listed in the weekly report showing W_L_T records, head-to-head, and division records.
