There will be an extra fee to cover the cost of the internet site; cost will be no more than ten dollars! BASIC INFORMATION 1. The league will have 2 divisions.

2. The schedule will be determined the day of the draft by the web-site parameters. 3. Entry fees will $50.00 plus the cost the cost of the website divided by number of managers. 4. The season will consist of 14 regular season games and two playoff weeks 5. Prize money will be decided on the day of the draft by you! 6. Waiver and trade money will be collected at the end of the season and be given to the winner, no prize money will be given out until waiver money is collected. DRAFTING 1. The initial season will begin with the draft on Sept. 4th. Each manager will draft 20 players. Each franchise will determine how many players at each position with minimum of: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def/Sp Team. 2. The draft order will be determined the day of the draft by drawing cards. The person who drafts the Ace will have his choice of which position, the person who draws the highest card will take whatever position is left. 3. The draft will be a snake draft. Odd numbered rounds will be in ascending order even numbered rounds will be descending order. LINE-UPS 1. Before the beginning of the NFL week owners will be responsible for turning in a line-up of 10 players. 1 QB, 2RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def/Sp Team and 1 Flex player who can be any position. 2. Deadlines for games will be determined by the web-site in accordance with the NFL schedule. 3. Failure to turn in a line-up will result in the previous weeks line-up being used. If you fail to turn a line-up in the first week, players will chosen alphabetically by their last name. SCORING Passing: Touchdown = 4pts Every 20 yds passing = 1pt 300 yds passing = 5 bonus pts Receiving Touchdown = 6pts Every 10 yds receiving = 1pt 150 yds receiving = 5 bonus pts Rushing Touchdown = 6 pts Every 10 yds rushing =1pt 150 yds rushing = 5 bonus pts Def/Sp Team Touchdown = 6pts Interception/ Fumble recovery = 3pts Safety = 5pts Sack= 1pt Defensive shut-out = 5 bonus pts Kicking 00-39 yds = 3pts 40-49 yds = 5pts 50-59 yds = 7pts 60-69 yds = 9pts TRADES, WAIVERS & INJURED RESERVE 1. Trades can be anytime during the up until the 10th week with permission from the commissioner. If for any reason the commissioner feels there is something suspicious in a trade a vote will be taken through the web site or by phone for approval. Trades will cost each manager .50 cents 2. The waiver wire may be used through the duration of the season including playoffs by first come first serve basis with a total of 20 roster spots. Waivers can be made by using the web-site message board or by the phone. Waivers will cost $1.00 per waiver. 3. In event a player on your roster is place on IR ( by NFL.COM). Once placed on IR he must remain there for minimum of three weeks. Once the injured player returns of IR he must be place back on your roster or dropped. IN THE EVENT: 1. There is a tie at the end of a weekly match-up tie-breaking procedures is as follows. Starting QB with the most points Running Back with the most points Wide Receiver with the most points Tight End with the most points Kicker with the most points Flip of a coin 2.
