Best Ball League Rules with “Pink Slip” modification
The Four (4) Teams from each league with the highest accumulated scores from weeks 1-14 will earn a spot in the Championship Round
Pink Slip: Each week, starting in Week 2, you must release (“Pink Slip") one player from your roster. This player will no longer be on your roster for the rest of the season
If a team forgets to “Pink Slip” a player from their team before the week starts, they are disqualified from the Tournament
Championship Round: Weeks 15-17
No H2H matchups, total points only
Team with the highest sum of total points scored from Week 15-17 added to their one-game point average from the regular season is Pink Slip Champion
Free Agency: None
Weekly Team Management: Drop one player only--drop before Sunday 1 PM eastern games, a dropped player can not have played already during an NFL week.
Trades: No trading allowed
Scoring System: Scoring rules will be in effect (scroll down for scoring details)
Roster Requirement: Twenty (26) total roster spots to begin season. Total roster decreases by 1 every week, starting in Week 2 as teams “Pink Slip” their players
Starting Lineup: 1-QB, 2-RB, 2-WR, 1-TE, 2-Flex, 1-Team K, 1-D (Flex can be RB, WR or TE)

After the initial draft, owners are not required to continue to roster and start a complete 10 player lineup and may cut any position at any time, even to the extent of having zero players at a position. For example, a player may cut all kickers from his or her roster and a 9 player lineup would be used with no kicker.

There is no ability to pick up free agents in the Pink Slip League. However, each week, owners are required to drop — or pink slip — a single player from their roster, reducing their overall roster by one each week.

 Please do not forget to make your weekly drops!

There are no restrictions on which player or position may be pink slipped. Any player or position may be chosen to be dropped and it is up to the skill of each team owner to determine which specific player and/or position to drop on a weekly basis. Owners are not required to roster all positions and are permitted to cut all team kickers, defenses or any other position if they prefer.

During the first weekly drop, prior to NFL Week 2, each team will drop one player and their roster will be reduced from 26 to 25 players. In week three, it will go from 25 down to 24 players. In week four, it will go from 24 down to 23, etc. Prior to NFL week 17, each team will make their final weekly drop and their roster will be down to 10 players entering Week 17.
