***COMMISSIONERS CLAUSE***

**The Commissioner, at anytime and at his discretion, has the right to create and/or change rules and decide disputes on his own to preserve the integrity, fairness and competitiveness of this league. **

I.   GENERAL INFORMATION

        A.  Entry Fee

The annual fee per owner is currently $310, (as of 2013) which covers ALL payouts, cost of Rtsports.com hosting, digital draft board & supplies, commissioners maintenance fee, along with food & beverage for the annual New Year's party.

*** JIM DUDLEY RULE:  *** First half of fees ($155) due NO LATER than around 1 MONTH prior to the draft, with remaining balance due NO LATER than draft day. If half of fees are not in by the deadline, (4:20 pm on August 5th, 2018) the delinquent owner will be removed from the league, and the commissioner will start the blind bidding process to fill this team with a winning owner from the Owner Reserve list. If you do not have your remaining fees the day of the draft, you will lose yours and any acquired 1st AND 2nd round picks, and will not be able to trade players and/or picks or acquire any players from the free agent list until paid in full.***

The entry fee is ALWAYS subject to change upon approval of  7 out of 12 owners.

        B.  Payouts

The top 5 finishers receive payouts consistent with prior year allocations, subject to variations based on varying costs from year to year. Also, the team with the highest score for one week will receive a prize of $50.00, While each week of the season, there will be a $30.00 prize for the highest score for that week, through the playoffs!

*** PRIZE TOTALS FOR THE TOP 5 SPOTS ARE AS FOLLOWS... ***

                   420 Bowl Champ - $1,200.00     2nd - $600.00     3rd - $400.00     4th - $300.00     5th (Consolation prize) - $150.00

**NEW PRIZE** This season (2013) we will be adding a prize. Week 17, the week after the fantasy season is technically over, A prize of $120 will be awarded to the team that has the BEST OVERALL TEAM scoring total for that week. **NO LINEUPS WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR WEEK 17. All 25 members from your roster will have their points combined, and the owner with the highest total score will win.**

       C.  Divisions

There are three divisions (Girl Scout Cookies, Gorilla Glue and Bruce Banner) consisting of 4 teams per division, also
subject to change upon approval of  7 out of 12 owners.

***Years 2022, 2025, 2028 and so on (every three years) divisions and their names will be reassigned. The 3 division winners from the year prior will take place as new division captains, first picking their division choice, at which time they will then pick their division rival, and then that team will pick theirs, and so on till all divisions are assigned.***

***Also, division winners will have the option of renaming their division.***

       D.  “Team” Players

Very Simple. In this league we use “Team” players at the Quarterback position. When you are drafting this position, you are drafting the team NOT the players for that team. If you have the Colts QB’s, and for some reason Peyton goes to another team, you STILL have the Colts QB’s! You do NOT follow where ever he goes. Simple.

II.  DRAFT INFORMATION

        A. Date/Time/Location

All of these matters will ALWAYS be discussed at the annual "Burning of the Bowl” which ALWAYS takes place on New Years Day! The date of the draft will ALWAYS be the Sunday just prior to the start of the season (also, the Sunday before Labor Day) and will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m.

**WOLFIE Clause** If at anytime any owner in the league becomes a problem for or towards any other owner in the league, whether it be with one owner or 10 owners, the situation will be assessed by myself along with 2 other owners (at my choosing) and if need be, there will be immediate removal of the problem owner from the league. No fees will be refunded and that owner will be banned from the league. We're supposed to be friends and more importantly, ADULTS. I don't have time to play games, and I'd like to think most of you in this league can and would agree with me.

This year, (2019) the draft will be held at my house (6412 Ambrose Drive / Mentor, OH 44060) PLEASE try to get there BEFORE 1 (if possible) so that we can go over whatever we must, and get started NO LATER THAN 1:00/1:15.

*THIS MEANS THAT IF THE NFL SEASON STARTS ON A THURSDAY, (Wednesday / 2012) WHICH IT HAS EVERY YEAR FOR SOME TIME NOW… THEN THAT SUNDAY PRIOR WILL BE OUR DRAFT DAY!! HAS BEEN, AND ALWAYS WILL BE!!

        B. Draft Order

The draft order is based on the prior year’s post-season outcome.  All rounds for draft picks follow standard NFL draft style. 1-12 beginning with the first round, and continuing till the final pick is made.

        C. Draft Selection Rules

The draft consists of 20 rounds.  **TAKE FOREVER' RULE** From round 1 through the 8th round, teams will have just over 2 minutes to make their selection. During rounds 11 - 20, owners are given approx. 2 minutes per selection.  Anyone that fails to make a selection within the time limit will drop one spot and the next team can make their selection. That owner will continue to fall a spot until he makes a selection (just like in the NFL).

**IDIOT RULE** If at anytime during the draft a team ATTEMPTS to draft a player that has already been taken, that owner will draw a number (from 8 to 15) from the league trophy. The number drawn will stand for the round in which that owner will lose their draft pick. This can happen multiple times to the same owner. Don't like this rule, don't be a fucking 'IDIOT'. Pay attention, idiots.
** If you happen to pick a round in which you no longer own a pick, you will continue to pick until you choose a round in which you still own a draft pick.

III.  OWNERSHIP INFORMATION

        A. Owner Removal Rule

"The" 420 Fantasy Football League just may be the best damn fantasy football league around for more than one reason.  Because active  participation on all fronts is a key ingredient to any successful fantasy league, I as your commissioner strongly encourage near perfect attendance at the annual draft and active participation throughout the regular AND off season.

      GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL….

The following conditions make a 420FFL team owner eligible for removal pursuant to the 420FFL Removal Procedures (Section B below):

        1.  An owner fails to attend the 420FFL draft and/or end of year party in person for (A) two consecutive seasons, or (B) two years in any four year period (i.e., the “every other year” participant).  For the purposes of this Section A.1, attending a draft means physically at the draft (not participating by phone, email or proxy, (UNLESS YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE, OR HAVE AN ABLE BODY TO FILL YOUR SPOT THE DAY OF THE DRAFT.) and you must remain at the draft for the ENTIRE DRAFT. If you leave during the draft and have draft picks remaining, your remaining picks will be skipped, and you will be able to fill your roster beginning sometime the day/night after the draft.
Ex. If an owner shows up for 10 rounds and disappears two years in a row, then the owner is "eligible" for removal; or

        2.  An owner fails to submit an active starting lineup for two weeks in any given season.  Failing to submit an active starting lineup includes, but is not limited to, the following:  starting a player who is on a bye week, starting a player who is out for the year or an extended period of time (most often 2 or more weeks) with an injury, or just plain failing to submit a full lineup by the deadline, 12:59 pm on Sunday, between weeks 1 - 16.  Now, while starting an injured player is not a guaranteed failure to submit an active lineup, it will be if it includes any of the following:

A.     If a player is PROBABLE or QUESTIONABLE or a 'game time decision', this player will NOT count towards an inactive lineup, UNLESS:
1. That player was out the prior week due to the same injury.
2. The owner has either not changed their lineup from the prior week and/or has not been online before the first player to start in their lineup that week.
If so, your roster will be considered inactive and you will be subject to the Retard Rule. (see below.)

B.     Any player that is listed DOUBTFUL, or OUT as of Thursday WILL count towards an inactive lineup, subjecting you to the Retard Rule, whether or not they missed time the prior week for the same injury/reason UNLESS:
*   This player is the only player you have rostered at that position, AND the player did NOT miss the week prior. If said player missed the week prior AND they're the only player at their position they WILL count towards an inactive lineup, and you will be penalized by way of the retard rule. (This is specifically meant to protect owners who may have used all their FA moves during the week, then have a player suffer a last minute injury at a position in which they only have 1 player rostered.)
C.     Players made INACTIVE (whether a healthy scratch or injury related) by their NFL team will NOT count towards an inactive lineup UNLESS:
*   This player was also made INACTIVE the week prior, and for the same reason.
*   This player was already labeled OUT as of the Wednesday night/Thursday morning prior to them being made inactive.
If you can't be up to speed with injuries that your player(s) are suffering, then it only makes sense that you should be penalized by way of the Retard Rule...

* (NOTE: Rtsports.com and many other online sites make it easy to help you ensure that you don't start someone on bye or someone with a serious injury.  Thus, submitting inactive lineups is a pretty good sign you didn't even check your roster for the week, which is inexcusable.  Please take the 2 minutes you need per week and at least get a valid roster submitted).

**THE J.G. RULE**  If for any reason you do NOT submit a FULL weekly starting lineup, as described above, by the deadline listed above, here are the penalties:

1st offense: You will be fined $25 & ALL players points for that week will be vacated, giving your TEAM a '0' score for that week.
2nd offense: same as above, difference is your fine will be doubled, and will continue to double everytime this rule is violated by
said team. (Also, this fine number NEVER RESETS. Fines WILL carry over from year to year.)

**Example for fines** $25, $50, $100, $200 etc. REMEMBER: whether something like this is intentional or not, it shows disrespect to the other owners in this league, and excessive abuse of this rule can lead to removal from the league by way of the commissioners decision.

*** All fines are due by the New Years Day party of the same season ***

If removal is necessary, you will immediately be removed from the league, no questions asked and NO league fees will be reimbursed.

            B.  REMOVAL PROCEDURES.

If an owner commits an act that is Grounds for Removal (Section A above), then the following Removal Procedure(s) shall apply:

        1.  Initial Notice.

            A.  Immediately after learning of the violation, the Commissioner will send out a message/email (the "Initial Notice") to all 420FFL owners notifying the league that an owner has committed Grounds for Removal and that owner will be removed from the league and his/her team will be replaced with the highest bidding owner from the owner reserves list.

            B.  The Initial Notice will contain the following:  a) the name of the owner; b) the explanation of the Grounds for Removal; and c) The name and information of the new team owner (if/when known.)

**NOTE**  In the event an owner missed the last 420FFL draft and/or New Years party, and the owner has made it clear that he will not be attending the upcoming 420FFL draft, then the Commissioner can remove this team immediately, and begin making calls to those on the 420FFL Reserve Owners list. (Believe it or not … there are TONS of people trying to get into dedicated fantasy leagues like this one, and I will not stand for delinquency with this matter, for both myself and, most importantly, the other owners in this league.)

          C.  Owner Leaving Rule

If at anytime an owner chooses or is forced for any given reason to leave the league, two things should take place to assure there are no issues trying to fill his/her spot for the following season…

    1.  If at all possible, I must be notified of the leave prior to June 1st of the year that the owner is leaving. This assures plenty of time to fill in the spot and make sure the new owner/existing co-owner can be up to speed with their team and the league.

    2.  The new owner will then be decided by way of the Owners Reserve List. The current list will be followed from the #1 spot down, till an owner is willing and agrees to join the league.

NOTE:  If for any reason an owner is forced to leave in the middle of a season, no replacement will be found. His roster will consist of best notable lineup submitted by me (The Commish) and no refund will be giving to the owner. Once you have payed as an owner, and drafted your team…. All things are final.

If the owners team receives money at the end of the season for any reason, the money will be carried over to the next season and either added to current prizes, or awarded as a new “one time only” prize.

          D.  Owner Reserve List     (UPDATED 5/14)

While the league will still have an owner reserve list, the way a new owner is brought into the league has changed. Now, instead of a random drawing from the trophy selecting a backup, we will do a blind auction bid. Any owners on the reserve list will be notified at the moment of an open team. Starting that day, participants will blindly bid for UP TO 2 weeks, or until the bidding dies down, at which point a 24 hour notice will be made to bring the auction to an end. Opening bid will be $50, and can go up in any increment. (50% of your winning bid will go towards your league fees ($310) while the other 50% will go to the other owners in the league for them to do with what they please.) Since this is a blind bid, participants will only be notified of the current highest bid by me at the earliest possibility.

*** Once a new owner has been selected, the total amount bid on their team will be due between the 1st and 5th of July. If they are NOT able to pay on time, the next highest bidding team will be notified, and at that time they will have the opportunity to purchase the available team for the max amount that they had originally bid.***

***If a team opens up and I determine that it is too late to use the bidding process, I will draw from the list of reserve owners and simply call down the list until one chooses to take ownership of the vacant team. Also, there will be a $75 initial fee added to the owners $310 team fees.***

NOTE: All teams that leave the league will have a waiting year that they must take before being added to the previous owners section of the owners reserve list.

IV.  TRADES AND FREE AGENTS     (UPDATED 6/7/14)

        A. Trades

*ALL Players and/or draft picks can be traded prior to the trade deadline (week 10/11) and after the Superbowl is finished (week 16) up to the Sunday that Keepers are due, which is 2 weeks prior to our draft date, by 6 p.m. deadline!!

*Trading may resume once that seasons draft begins, but may NOT involve any kept players. Only picks and players actually drafted in the ongoing draft may be involved in any trades.

    * ALL draft picks traded, must receive, in return, an equal number of picks, starting with the last pick from the team involved with the initial trade.

    * There is NO max on how many players/draft picks can be involved in one trade.

*All FUTURE draft picks can be traded, with an exception for Rounds 1 - 8:
-     1st rd. picks can be traded, but only if the owner trading away the future picks has paid his/her league fees in FULL for that fantasy football season.
-     2nd and 3rd round picks can be traded, but only if the owner trading away the future picks has paid at least HALF of his/her league fees for that season.
-     4th - 8th round picks can be traded without fees due or penalties, and if an owner that trades any picks from these rounds leaves the league, the new owner will automatically receive a compensatory pick for that round, of which will take place at the end of the same round.

**COMPENSATORY picks WILL also be awarded to new owners that lost a first, second, or third round pick, but ONLY if the original owner failed to follow the rules with paying future league fees.**

**COMPENSATORY picks will come from an owners last available draft pick.**

** (While this rule is meant to be followed, it is simply set as protection towards future owners, and under the right conditions can be disregarded.) In essence, an owner can’t trade away future picks just to stack his team this year, and then drop out of the league. **

    * During any trades with draft picks involved, no team can acquire more than 1 extra pick per round within the first 6 rounds. (You can have no more than 2 picks per round through the first 6 rounds…. Period.)

*Any disagreement regarding the interpretation of the trade must be resolved by the team(s) who made the trade.  If no agreement is reached, a majority vote of all other owners will determine the outcome after hearing both party’s interpretation of the trade language.

IMPORTANT:  To start a player you just acquired in a trade,  the trade must be REPORTED to the Commissioner by midnight on Friday.  In the event of a Thursday night game, the trades must be reported 1 hour before the Thursday night game.

*There is a 10 Week moratorium for any player(s) to be traded back to the original owner.

*Trade Deadline: No trading is allowed after 4:20 on the Thursday of Week 11 each season.  All other trades must then occur after the fantasy playoffs are over. (Beginning January 1st at the annual end of season party)

Trade Vetoes: THERE ARE NONE. You all make a choice when a trade is made. If there IS a trade that stinks of collusion, it will be rejected IMMEDIATELY.

      **REGULAR SEASON**

        * Will begin sometime after the Monday Night game ends and continue until the deadline for "bid submissions" at 11:59 pm on Wednesday

        * Since you are only able to acquire up to 6 free agents TOTAL per week, each team will be limited to 6 Waiver Wire acquisitions per week

The method for awarding Waiver Wire acquisitions will be Blind Bidding against a Waiver Wire Cap.
        * Each team owner may submit a blind bid for any available free agent(s). Each winning bid will be deducted from a season long bidding cap  established by the commissioner. A team owner will no longer be able to bid on free agents once their season long waiver wire cap has been reached.
Awarding of free agents begins with the highest bid by any team for a free agent. Once that free agent has been awarded to the winning bidder, all other bids for that free agent are discarded as losing bids. then the highest remaining bid by any team for any remaining free agent will be considered. That winning bid will be awarded the free agent and all losing bids for that free agent will be discarded. This continues until the lowest valid bid remaining is considered.

        * The minimum bid allowed for a valid bid on a player - $5.00
        * The spending cap for the season, per team - $1,000.00

        * In the case of a tie in bids, the tie breaker will go to the team lowest in the standings

        * If you use all six transactions, FAAB or FA, you can acquire ONE additional move towards a UFA add for $100 of Waiver Wire money.
You MUST use all six transactions before being able to add the extra move.

        UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENCY

        * Unrestricted Free Agency takes placed following players being awarded from the Waiver Wire bidding period. It will begin on Thursdays at  9:00 a.m. (Eastern)  and end on Sunday at 11:59 a.m. (Eastern)  In the event of any conflict with these free agent rules and those  setup in Rtsports.com, Rtsports.com will govern.

        * Each team will be limited to 6 UFA acquisitions per week

        * ALL players that are released will be "protected FA's" for a period of one day. After this day, all teams can acquire this player off the free agency list

*Free Agency Period:  Free agency does not open until the end of the draft.  It remains open until Midnight of the last day of the NFL Regular Season.  After Midnight on the last day of the NFL Regular Season, no free agent signings are allowed until after the draft the following season.

*After week 13, all players dropped will lock for the remainder of the season. They will not be available again until the off-season FAAB is set to begin.

        C. Injured Reserve

*After the 420FFL Draft is finished, all teams are allowed to place up to four players on their Injured Reserve (IR) list at any point during the season.
NOTE: TEAM PLAYERS CAN NOT BE PLACED ON THE IR
While NFL players placed on the season ending IR are unable to return to their team that season, NFL players placed on the IR-DFR (Designated for return) are able to return at a designated time. Players on the IR-DFR placed on your team IR will be able to be reactivated, with the reactivated player counting towards your 25 man roster.  The four IR spots do NOT count against your active roster.
NOTE: Only players placed on the NFL’s IR or IR-DFR (IR Designated for return) list are permitted to be on a teams IR list.

     V. LINEUPS

        A. Submitting Lineups

*You can make roster changes anytime up until 5 minutes before the 1:00 games that Sunday. All starting lineups must be made on Rtsports.com and will be handled in accordance with Rtsports.com lineup deadline rules.  If Rtsports.com  is not working or you do not have Internet access, you can leave lineups on my voicemail or via text or email as long as the date and time of the call, text or email are clearly verified and recorded by my voicemail, text or email.

*You CAN NOT submit your lineup to a 3rd party.  It must be to the Commissioner or on Rtsports.com

*If Thursday or Saturday games are scheduled, you must deactivate any player (playing in an early game) that you started the prior week prior to the early game if you don’t want him to remain in your starting lineup.

*If you want to start someone in the Thursday, Saturday or games played overseas, then you will need to activate those players 5 minutes prior to the start of their game.
**This applies to ALL NFL games.**

*Failure to deactivate a prior starter locks them into your starting lineup.

*If an owner fails to submit an active starting lineup two weeks in any given season, the owner is subject to immediate removal.  See details under “Owner Removal Rule” above...

         B. Starting Lineup Composition  (w/ minimum and maximum requirements)      UPDATED FOR 2017-2018 SEASON

    1 Quarterback     1 / 2
    2 Running Backs     2 / 12
    3 Wide Receivers     3 / 15   **Max between RB/WR - 20 total**
    1 Tight End     1 / 6
2 “Flex” Players (can be RB, WR, or TE)
    1 Defensive Lineman     1 / 3
    1 Defensive Linebacker     1 / 3
    1 Defensive Back     1 / 3

STARTING LINEUP TOTAL - 12 PLAYERS

*** A tie break player is also required every week, and can be anyone on your roster ACCEPT one of your active starting lineup players***

        C. Position Guidelines (not usually necessary, but just in case.)

*All players must be started in their true position. Thus, a player who randomly lines up at  various positions cannot be started at those positions. For example, even though Marshall Faulk  occasionally lined  up at WR, he was a RB and could only be started as a RB.  An H Back's position is based on the position listed in Rtsports.com, which is usually TE.

*All player positions are based on the position they are designated by Rtsports, period. However, if you acquire a player, and that players starting position (based on RTS settings), is changed mid week, this acquisition will not count towards your weekly roster transactions.

*If you draft a player with a questionable position (i.e. Antowan Randal El playing 1/2 time as WR and 1/2 the time as QB), then, if possible, you must designate his position at the time he is drafted. If this is not a possibility, then Rtsports will designate the valid position.

*If a player with a questionable position is traded to another fantasy team, the player’s designated position remains with him and his position can’t be re-designated by the new owner.

*GREG RULE* Team QB means Team QB, and that's that. Period. If 'Brad Smith' is listed as a WR, than he will be available on the add/drop list as a WR. However, if he is considered a 'QB' on HIS NFL teams roster, than he is part of that teams QB's list and NOT as a positional player. If this is the case, said players stats will count towards his TQB's stats.

        D. Game Time Decision Players

During the season, you're gonna have those nagging injuries. Well, maybe not you, but your players will… and sometimes it’ll cause them to be probable, questionable or doubtful... basically a game time decision. In the case that a player is in this situation, simply post your backup player on the message board. If your original starter does NOT start, then the backup will fill his position. But be careful, because if the backup starts, but then the original starter plays later in the game… you will only receive the points for whomever actually STARTS the game first. I lost a Superbowl because of this… so use very wisely!! Also, there is NO limit for how many you can have per team, per week. If you have 6 game time decisions, than you can have 6 backups!

         VI. KEEPERS (KP's) & PLAYERS / CONTRACTS

        A. General Info

**KEEPERS** - Every team in the league is allowed to “Keep” up to/ but no more than 6 players (one of which MUST be an IDP (Individual Defensive player) and one TAXI SQUAD player (explained in D. TAXI SQUAD PLAYERS) from his final roster to start his following season with. All teams keepers are due 2 weeks prior to our draft date, by the deadline which is 4:20 p.m.!!! **If you do NOT get your keepers in before the deadline, your team will carry over its keepers from the previous season. (If any previous keepers were lost due to retirement or an ending contract, you will go into the draft with an empty keeper spot.) **
**No worries! If one of your keepers suffers an injury, happens to be traded, has their position changed etc., you will be able to replace that keeper(s) with another player from your current roster all the way up until the day of the draft.**

**PLAYERS / CONTRACTS** - New in 2013, now every player on your team will have a contract. (Offensive AND Defensive)
Each player is signed to a 5 year contract the moment they are drafted, and will follow their contract as long as they are not released back into the upcoming draft. If a player is released back into the draft, their contract is voided, and will restart the process the moment they are redrafted.

Decisions for ALL owners dealing with ALL players entering the final year of their contract can be traded starting on the New Years party that happens annually, up until the deadline, which will be at 4:20 p.m. on 4/20. After that, the decision on being KEPT or DROPPED to FA will need to be decided by the keeper deadline, which will be 4:20 p.m., 2 weeks prior to our fantasy draft. If decision(s) are NOT made by the given deadline(s), the player(s) involved will remain on the current owners roster for the final year of their contract.

-  Here's your list of final year keepers for 2020:

        B. Trading for KPs

*Follows basically the rules from III. Trades and Free Agents.  As noted above, following the keeper/trade deadline prior to the draft, players in the final year of their contract can NOT be traded, released or placed on their teams IR.

        C. Injuries to KPs

*All KPs must be designated by the FP Designation Deadline (The Sunday 2 weeks prior to OUR draft).  However, each team has the following 2 options if any of their KPs suffer an injury between the KP Designation Deadline and the start of the 420FFL Draft:

        (1)  Replace the injured KP with another player from your previous seasons roster; or
        (2)  Place the injured KP on your IR list (If on the NFL’s IR list) securing him on your roster, while still counting towards one of your 5 total keepers spots. (mainly for KP's in the last year of their contract.)

Under this rule, an injury suffered by your KP must be more than a 'day to day' injury, preferably a multiple week injury. While it doesn't have to be a significant or serious injury, minor injuries may not apply to this rule. Obviously, if a player happens to retire (or die) between the FP and KP designation date and the day of the draft, the person is covered by this rule.

Also, if 2 sources give different expected return times, the Commissioner retains the discretion to choose which source is more credible, and the Commissioner can request a league vote.

Finally, if your KP is injured and you want to either release or replace him, you must notify the Commissioner no later than 12 hours before the draft.

        D. Taxi Squad Player     **NEW/2017**

-  For the first time in this leagues existence, we will be adding another 'keeper' selection. The Taxi Squad is intended for teams to be able to keep an extra player, with the hope that said player could make that owners Keeper squad in the following 1 -2 years.
     -  ALL owners will be eligible to submit one TS player at the time they announce their keepers.
Here is a list of rules pertaining to an owners selection of a Taxi Squad player:

**  Taxi Squad players can be Taxied up until their 3rd NFL season.
(meaning only 2nd and 3rd year players can be Taxied)

NOTE: Only seasons in which a player 'played' will count towards their total seasons. If they're on a practice squad for a season, injured, suspended etc., or simply don't START at least ONE game, that year will not count towards their total years played.

**  Taxi Squad players CAN be traded, but will follow the rule of traded draft picks. (1 for 1. This means in order to trade a TS player, you will have to receive one in return.)

**  Players that have been kept the previous season can NOT be Taxied. They are currently under contract.
(Not to mention this would allow a loophole that would allow players to be 'kept' for much too long. Would kind of defeat the purpose of contract years, etc.)

**  IDP players CAN be Taxied.
(Top 10 from each IDP position will be excluded from Taxi Squad eligibility.)

-  Players excluded from being Taxied:
-  ALL Team Players  -
-  Top 20 RB's  -
-  Top 30 WR's  -
-  Top 10 TE's  -
-  Top 10 IDP's  -
** Rankings for each of these positions is based on each position individually, and determined by their previous years total league points scored in the last season they played at least one snap.  **

**  Taxi Players will remain on your team IR through week 4.
**  ALL TS players must be activated on week 5 of the regular season.
     -  If you elect to not add them to your active roster, they will be dropped.
**(unless they're injured, in which case they will remain on your teams IR.)**
