ROSTERS
During season max 17 players on active roster , IR PUP and be traded and same rules apply
Injured Reserve: as per NFL rules a player placed on IR or PUP by NFL team can go IR , if activated from IR or PUP by NFL team he must come off IR and placed on active roster. players may only go on Injured Reserve if when injured he is on a roster
unlimited amount of Injured Reserve or PUP players during season
off season max 25 players after draft including taxi squad anyone that’s picks up a player and is over the max that player will be automatically dropped and available to the league immediately
First cut down day is 1 day after NFL final roster cuts usually Sunday/Monday i week prior to season starting at 6pm all players are free agents as per our free agent rules ,are waiver takes effect starting week 2
Second cut day is Seasons end week 18 the FOLLOWING Wednesday night 6 pm pst which all teams must be at 16 players and all Injured Reserve must come off IR and place on active roster or released. All Rosters will then be frozen till draft.
Players must be in starting lineups before start of that players game
FREE AGENTS (SEE RULES)*
All players dropped during the regular season will be available after 24 hrs
A player may not be picked up once that players game has started
A player in your starting lineup may not be dropped if that players game has started
Bench players may be dropped
All transactions must be performed via site and not accepted on message board
All players released in the off season are free agents

Waiver wire begins week 2
All players that are dropped and games have started will go to the waiver wire as per site.*
Managers may not put in a claim for a player they have dropped until he clears waivers and becomes a Free Agent
Off Season Ends once teams are down to there roster size Regular Season then begins which is the week of the first NFL game
MONEY
$200 PER SEASON PER OWNER PAID TO COMMISH GEORGE PRIOR TO SEASON STARTING OR ARRANGEMENTS MADE WITH COMMISH , failure to do so will result in roster being frozen which while frozen no money may be won
Commish will paid for site and pay for beer pizza at the draft which will be deducted from his entry fee and prize pool (winner no longer has to bring beer or pizza)
pay outs will be as follows will be a little different starting 2021 season as only 13 teams now
Regular season champion $300
Playoff Champion approx 70% or $1000
Runner up approx 30% or $440
weekly 1-18 winner all teams high score $25
Site cost beer and pizza at draft approx $200
weekly pay out will be determine depending on amount remaining
Playoffs
week 15-17 top 8 teams make playoffs
teams are seeded 1 thru 8 with highest seed playing lowest thru out playoffs
Game Tie Breaker:will be top scoring Bench player must be on Roster prior first game of the week any player added or dropped will not count, if still tied will go to Top Starting lineup players if still tied will remain a tie. (disregard rules below as site doesn't allow)
extra team points set at 35 weekly with tie going to real team
Rule Changes
Must be voted on by league and passed by a 75 % majority vote
To vote you must be in good standing with league either present at meeting or online
No rule may be changed during season unless unanimously voted on
Challenging the integrity of the league
anyone breaking the rules subject to a fine of pizza or beer
if a teams fails to participate during the season or refuses to pay he may be removed from league
If teams does not start a competitive lineup the Commsih may at his discretion make changes to that line up and game will be played as if owner started lineup . that owner will be subject to beer and pizza fine.
Commsih may make changes if owner is breaking rules as for the betterment of the league.
Disputes: Commsih and 2 other owners not involved in dispute will decide whats best for the league
New Owners : Any league members will submit interested parties to league, Commsih and 3 other owners form a committee and will decide who is the best fit for the league. Owners with stake in new owner will not partake
Trade Deadline and in season trades will be before the start of Weekend games of Week 15 . Players involved in any game which has started may not be traded. All trades must be completed on site before any deadlines .
non playoff teams may make trades until rosters are frozen at end of season
Draft
draft order will be determined by league standing* last to first in each of the 3 rounds.top 2 playoff winners pick 11 and 12
after draft all remaining players are free agents as per date set usually 2 days and may be added via website any players dropped during off season will be free agents immediately.
Covid Rules.. if a teams game gets pushed to another week and the NFL considers it a Bye week so do we, for these games post backup players on the message board if you are going to use a player in that game. or if you are not sure post a backup player regardless..
If you don't have a option for a position due to Covid only not injury you can pick up a player without having to drop a player.. example Titans K this week you can pick up a K and name him as a replacement only, if not used and Titans game gets played that player is dropped ..
If a team or teams have a 2nd or more games moved to later in the season due to Covid and you want to use a player that was in that game, we will adjust those points for that player once the game is played as long as it scheduled by week 13. (our end of regular season) If game is scheduled week 14 on we will then use the players last 4 games played average and adjust points accordingly for that game(rounding meaning 8.65 is 8 pts). If you decide you can use the 4 week average to a game being changed but this has to be posted prior to the Start of Sundays games and if game is cancelled those points will be used..
For games that have been forfeited and you want to use a player in that game we will use the 4 week average from the time that game was supposed to be played. example Bills Titans game gets cancelled this week Singletary average 4 pts Allen average 21 pts etc..or you coulds use say another RB or QB on your roster.
Unfortunately this means that the outcome for some games may not be determined till that game is played. It is recommended that if your not sure about players regarding covid cancellations it is best to post players you want in games. This must be done prior to any games that players are involved in. As the NFL is constantly changing its best to post you back up plans on the message board as games ca be changed last min and it could effect players eligibility.
Covid IR rules will follow NFL as these players may go on IR but have to come off as soon as they are activated. If a player tests positive for Covid we treat the individual player like an injury. If a whole team is cancelled we will use the rules above.
This season is going to be filled with uncertainty last min changes due to the covid situation, if your unsure post or ask before hand as after the fact may be too late.
Patriots vs Chiefs game is being moved to monday or tuesday, if that game gets changed to later in the year and this becomes a bye week then status quo for now...
In the event the game does move owners with players in that game need post an alternative for example ...KC Kicker Butker if the broncos name Butker as there starting kicker and the game gets postponed to a different week he will post an alternative kicker and that kicker will count towards this weeks points. If the game gets moved this will then be a bye week for those players involved. This only applies to Covid related issues not injuries.

We will be following the what the Nfl is doing as it appears they will be floating changing bye weeks to cover teams with covid issues.
We are all going to have to prepare our teams to deal with the changes to the bye weeks as they will change.
As different circumstances will arise during this time we will have to make decisions based on what the nil does.
