I wanna know who voted no for new divisions every year? They must think their division is pretty weak and want to keep it that way LMAO 

On the phone you first select more, then scroll down to messages. Once in messages if you scroll all the way down to the bottom you will get to private messages  

but I agree, with these new changes using a computer is easier then the phone
