No, there isn't any random lottery in RT leagues.

Buffalo Bills running back Ray Davis rushed for 151 yards on 21 carries during Sunday's Week 18 win over the New York Jets. He also caught each of his two targets for an additional 23 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. Davis handled the lead-back role with James Cook resting for most of the game and Ty Johnson remaining the backup option. The 26-year-old had his best game since (ironically) Week 18 of last season, when Buffalo was in a similar situation and rested its starters. While Davis will continue to offer a change of pace going forward, Cook will be the workhorse throughout the duration of the playoffs, starting with next weekend's Wild Card game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Mitchell Trubisky completed 22 of his 29 pass attempts for 259 passing yards, four passing touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 18 win over the New York Jets. He also rushed for five yards and didn't take a sack. Josh Allen played the opening snap to extend his active starting streak, and then, Trubisky played the rest of the way. Thanks to the veteran quarterback's strong performance, the Bills are now locked into the No. 6 seed in the AFC playoff picture and will face the Jacksonville Jaguars on the road next weekend. Trubisky will head back to the bench as Allen looks to get Buffalo beyond the Wild Card Round for the sixth year in a row.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford completed 25 of his 40 pass attempts for 259 passing yards, four passing touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 18 win over the Arizona Cardinals. He also took one sack and rushed for three yards. The 37-year-old quarterback entered this week in a neck-and-neck race with Drake Maye for the MVP award, and Stafford might have pulled ahead on Sunday afternoon, even without Davante Adams (hamstring) at his disposal. He finishes the regular season with an NFL-leading 4,707 passing yards, 46 passing touchdowns, and just eight interceptions. Los Angeles secured the NFC's No. 5 seed and will move on to face the Carolina Panthers in the opening round of the NFL playoffs next weekend.
From RotoBaller
New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson had seven carries for 131 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns during Sunday's Week 18 win over the Miami Dolphins. He also caught two passes for an additional 22 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. All in all, Stevenson had 153 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns as the Patriots officially locked up the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoff picture. It was very encouraging to see both Stevenson and Tre'Veyon Henderson co-exist in New England's backfield for the second week in a row. The 27-year-old running back has six touchdowns over his last three games, and he ranks as a top-five running back in full-PPR leagues since the team's bye week. He should remain heavily involved as a short-yardage and receiving threat when the Patriots play in the Wild Card Round against the Los Angeles Chargers next weekend.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Theo Wease Jr. (head) was evaluated for a concussion during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 18 loss against the New England Patriots. The game ended before the team was able to provide any additional information on his status. Wease did not return; he finished the contest with three catches for a team-high 44 receiving yards. The 24-year-old put together an impressive end to his rookie season, catching six passes for 139 yards and one touchdown over his final three games. He took on an expanded role with Tyreek Hill (knee) on injured reserve and Darren Waller (groin) and Jaylen Waddle (ribs) suffering late-season injuries. Wease should be in the mix to handle a larger workload during his second pro season next year.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 18 contest against the Baltimore Ravens. With a playoff berth on the line, Wilson is a healthy scratch. The 24-year-old has played just nine snaps over the last four weeks, and he'll add another goose egg this week. He finishes the regular season with just 12 catches, 166 yards, and a pair of touchdowns. With Wilson inactive and DK Metcalf suspended, Pittsburgh will rely on a wide receiver room featuring Calvin Austin III, Adam Thielen, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Ben Skowronek, and Scotty Miller.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins quarterback Quinn Ewers (knee) exited after taking a sack during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 18 loss against the New England Patriots. He was listed as questionable but ultimately did not return in the final minutes of the contest. Zach Wilson played the final few offensive snaps for Miami. Ewers finished the final game of the season with 137 passing yards, one touchdown, one interception, and four sacks. The rookie took over for Tua Tagovailoa in Week 16 and seemed to play well enough over the final few weeks to remain in competition for the backup job ahead of the 2026 season. However, Miami's starting quarterback plans for next year remain up in the air, as Tagovailoa is expected to be traded or released. Ewers is unlikely to be in the mix for the starting job, so he's not an appealing option in 2026 redraft leagues.
From RotoBaller
The Pittsburgh Steelers have declared RB Kaleb Johnson, WR Roman Wilson, OT Jack Driscoll, CB Tre Flowers, QB Will Howard and LB Jeremiah Moon inactive for Week 18.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills PK Matt Prater (quadriceps) left the Week 18 game against the New York Jets due to a quadriceps injury, and he was unable to return.
Fantasy Spin: That's a problem for the Bills, who could be looking for a new kicker heading into the AFC wild-card round of the playoffs starting next weekend. For fantasy postseason leagues, avoid Prater just to be on the safe side.
From TheHuddle
TE Dalton Schultz caught all four targets for 73 yards in a Week 18 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Fantasy Spin: With his four receptions, Schultz finished the season with a career-high 82 this season, four more than 2021 with Dallas. He also finished with 777 yards - second -most to 2023 - and three touchdowns. Schultz is a definite low-end TE1 in most fantasy lineups heading into 2026, but he only has five TDs in his last two seasons after 22 the previous four seasons.
From TheHuddle
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keandre Lambert-Smith (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 18 contest against the Denver Broncos. Lambert-Smith exited in the second quarter and was initially listed as questionable before being downgraded to out. He finishes the Bolts' regular-season finale with five targets, two catches, and 24 receiving yards. He also fielded two kicks for a total of 45 return yards. The rookie out of Auburn was having the best game of his young career, as he had entered this week with just three catches on seven targets. Derius Davis and Tre' Harris should run more routes in his absence, while Jaret Patterson will handle kick-return duties.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts rookie quarterback Riley Leonard was productive during his first career start against the Houston Texans in Week 18. Leonard completed 21 of 34 passing attempts for 270 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. The sixth-round pick also rushed three times for 21 yards and another score. Leonard also lost two fumbles, so he'll need to work on his ball-handling in the offseason. The quarterback situation is unclear heading into the offseason. Daniel Jones (Achilles) looked solid this season, but he is a pending free agent and recovering from a significant injury. Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) barely played in 2025, and it's unclear if the Colts view him as part of their future. Philip Rivers played a few games down the stretch for the Colts, but he will now retire for the second time. Leonard is worth a stash in dynasty formats, but he probably isn't viewed as the franchise QB in Indy.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Grant Calcaterra (ankle, knee) is considered questionable to return for Sunday's Week 18 matchup versus the Washington Commanders. Calcaterra appeared to have suffered multiple injuries while being tackled in the third quarter. Given the Eagles are playing their backups, Calcaterra is unlikely to return in basically a meaningless game for Philly. Before exiting, Calcaterra hauled in two of his three targets for 21 yards and a touchdown. If he doesn't return, Kylen Granson and Cameron Latu would be in line for more snaps during the second half of this game, with Dallas Goedert (knee) inactive in this game.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills kicker Matt Prater (quadriceps) won't return for Sunday's Week 18 matchup versus the New York Jets. Prater missed the last two games due to a quad injury and aggravated the issue while attempting an extra point on Sunday. Punter Mitch Wishnowsky will take over on kickoffs for the rest of the game. The Bills will likely go for two-point conversions after touchdowns with Prater unavailable. Buffalo is already without kicker Tyler Bass (hip), who is currently on Injured Reserve. The Bills would have to find another kicker for the postseason if Prater is forced to miss time.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts LB Zaire Franklin posted 12 tackles - seven solo - in a Week 18 loss to the Houston Texans.
From TheHuddle
Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Keandre Lambert-Smith (hamstring) is considered questionable to return for Sunday's Week 18 matchup versus the Denver Broncos. Lambert-Smith appears to have suffered the injury after making an 18-yard catch late in the second quarter. It's the final game of the regular season, and the Chargers aren't playing for anything, so it wouldn't be shocking to see them hold out Lambert-Smith for the rest of the game. Before exiting, he hauled in two of his five targets for 24 yards. With him on the sideline, Derius Davis and Tre' Harris are likely to see more targets from backup quarterback Trey Lance.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons QB Kirk Cousins went 18-for-32 for 180 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the New Orleans Saints in Week 18.
Fantasy Spin: Cousins took over the starting job in November after Michael Penix Jr. suffered his injury and threw seven touchdowns and one interception in his last four games. He remains under contract with the Falcons, but it is not known if he will be with the team when the 2026 season starts. There is a chance that he starts for a team next season but would only be a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints quarterback Tyler Shough finished off his rookie season with another solid performance during Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. Shough completed 23 of 35 passing attempts for 259 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the loss. He also added 34 additional yards on three rushing attempts with another score on the ground. Shough was able to throw a 16-yard touchdown to Ronnie Bell late in the fourth quarter, but the Saints weren't able to complete the comeback. He'll finish his rookie season with 2,384 passing yards with 10 touchdowns and six interceptions through 10 games. He ran 45 times for 186 rushing yards with three scores on the ground. The second-round pick has played well enough to earn himself the starting gig heading into the 2026 season.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow finished off the 2025 season on a strong note during Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Burrow completed 29 of 39 passing attempts for 236 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the loss. Burrow did everything he could, but the special teams unit let him down this week. Burrow finishes the season with 1,809 passing yards with 17 touchdowns and five interceptions in eight games after missing a good portion of the year after having surgery to fix a turf-toe injury. The 29-year-old is clearly one of the best QBs in the league, but his inability to stay healthy is hurting this team. Burrow has missed significant time in two of the last three seasons. The hope is that he'll be able to put together a fully healthy season in 2026.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Chargers CB Donte Jackson (ankle) left the Week 18 game against the Denver Broncos due to an ankle injury. He is still in uniform, but sitting on the bench.
