Finally waking up from the infamous Parrothead Draft Bender of 2026.  That’s a night we’re going to be talking about for seasons to come.  This will be the inaugural Bowties Broadcast Network (BBN) post and we’ll be coming to you twice weekly right here on your message board once the season kicks off. This week you will be receiving my unsolicited over/under win totals for each team.

Baby Back Gibbs

4.5 wins. This will be an uphill battle but the GM seems ready to prove the BBN wrong.  Solid at QB and TE but is still working on solidifying the RB stable and WR to pair with Jettas during training camp.  There are a lot of question marks here but Josh Allen can put this team on his back with a little help from McBride.

Bird Dog 1

8.5 wins. This is a squad that wants to get physical in the trenches. They have an excellent ground and pound game with Gibbs and Henry but our main concern is other teams stacking the box and making Olave, McLaurin, and Ferguson beat you through the air. Hurts looks to add to the rushing attack as well.

CrzdMFerZ

9.5 wins. This is a team we’re really high on here at the BBN. This is our No 2 ranked WR corps, and it’s for good reason. Anchored by Jaxon Smith-Njiba coming off a career year with support from McMillan and London is going to give opposing secondaries fits. This is a balanced team with our only question mark being at TE. We at BBN plan to see this team make a deep playoff push.

Cincinnati Bowties

7.5 wins. This team is on a jet plane the way they plan to air it out. A WR corps of Chase, Nabers, and Rice is going to result in a lot of light boxes for Price and Tuten to run. We are a little concerned about the RB room but the GM is not asking for more than 20 points from the RB room weekly. We like the young gun, Daniels, at QB and Kraft looks to bounce back from a great 2025 that was derailed by injury. This is a team that can win the title or fall flat on their face. Stay tuned.

Duckheads

5.5 wins. This is our No 3 ranked WR corps and seems to be the backbone of this team. There are many options at QB but our analysts here at BBN have not heard who will get the nod yet out of training camp. RB has a lot to be desired but if they can put it together over these next few weeks, they can back their way into the playoffs.

Hellacious Hodag

7.5 wins. We really like the construction of this team. Amon-ra St Brown and Omarion Hampton will be doing the bulk of the heavy lifting for the Hodags. The rest of the team is solid, nothing that’s going to be in the highlight reel but a group of guys that are hungry and will provide a very safe floor.

Hoppers

4.5 wins. BBN’s No 2 rated player, Bijan Robinson, will keep the opposing defensive coordinators up at night, and we really love Jeremiyah Love (Go Irish!). There are a lot of question marks at the WR position and we’re not sold on Goff just yet. We’d love to be proven wrong come December.

Just Do Your Doubs 2

6.5 wins.  Excellent stable of Clydesdales in the backfield but a lackluster aerial attack. We love that the GM is already fielding phone calls to trade for an alpha at WR. We at BBN are very bullish on Loveland and think the sky is the limit for him in the Windy City.

Merrill Madness

3.5 wins. BBN was not impressed with their draft but love what they’re hearing out of fall camp. Jeanty looks primed for a bounce back year with a new OL blocking but we do have concern about Achane’s durability and overall status of the offense in South Beach.  WR, TE, and QB leave a lot to be desired, but this team looks hungry.

My Ball Zach Ertz

8.5 wins. This isn’t a team that wows you with name value or flashy plays, but they have a track record of showing up to work everyday and are very fundamentally sound. BBN loves Egbuka this year and sky’s the limit for Drake Maye. They were two of BBNs must draft in the 2026 BBN Fantasy Football Preview.

QGUNN12

7.5 wins. Jonathan Taylor looks primed to have another monster year with competent QB play to lessen the numbers in the box. Garrett Wilson has all the talent in the world but BBN (Editor in Chief is a Jets fan) is very concerned about Geno’s ability to find him. We love Dak as a top 5 QB this year but are concerned about Kelce at TE as he’s now old enough to collect social security.

SWS

9.5 wins. BBN loved what the GM cooked in this draft. It’s tough to find a glaring weakness with this squad. If we had to choose, it would be the RB2 position but that’s being nit-picky.  Our biggest concern at BBN is this team getting complacent. We expect to be covering them in December.

BBN will be back with a week 1 preview.

Anyone interested in trading a WR1 for RB1??

I’ve been on a 3 day bender of caffeine and amphetamine preparing for this draft. I’ve completed just shy of half of 500 mock drafts and I’m so laser focused I have ADPs dancing in my head.

With that said this journey just isn’t about winning or losing, it’s about the people you meet along the way.  We’re joined at the hip these next 4 months. We’re going to battle in the draft room, on the field, and on the waiver wire; and as a result, we’ll come out stronger.

Here’s to the start of one hell of a ride.
