Remember that the RFA is done first, then Open Free Agency starts. Since the system does not allow owners to make FA moves until 3 hours after the RFA process completes, if you have ANY open free agent moves during this 3 hour window just post the move on the message board and I'll enter it into the system as soon as possible. The time stamp on the message is the deciding factor as to who gets a player if more than one request is made for any given player.
