Michael Gallup Oct 21 5:30pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup's role in the offense likely won't change much with the switch from Dak Prescott (ankle) to Andy Dalton under center. Gallup continues to fall behind Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb, as he has seen just 34 targets this season compared to Cooper's 65 and Lamb's 50. Gallup does lead the team and is fourth in the league in average depth of target though, so he's still going to have some big fantasy weeks. He's settling into a boom-or-bust role, but with Andy Dalton under center, that could be a lot more bust than boom for the rest of the season. He checks in somewhere in the WR4 ranks for a matchup against the Washington Football Team in Week 7.

Zack Moss Oct 21 5:30pm ET

Buffalo Bills running back Zack Moss returned for the Week 6 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. He missed the last three games prior to that with a toe issue, but did basically nothing in his return. Moss rushed five times for 10 yards in the loss. Devin Singletary was the lead back and it's expected to remain that way versus the New York Jets in Week 7. Moss probably won't see enough touches to be worth a look in standard leagues. However, he might be able to have deep league value against the Jets awful run defense.

Mike Evans Oct 21 5:30pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has been quarterback Tom Brady's favorite weapon when the team is inside the red zone this year. Four of Evans' five red-zone touchdowns have come on plays in which he was lined up out wide. The 6-foot-5, 231-pounder is great in one-on-one matchups and jump-ball scenarios and is 4-for-4 for 10 yards and 24 total points on such plays in 2020. Evans has scored a league-high four red-zone touchdowns against press coverage, but he's only gained six yards on those plays near the goal line. He's also scored his five total red-zone touchdowns on five different types of routes, so he can beat defenders all kinds of ways near the goal line. The 27-year-old had his worst outing in Week 6 against Green Bay (one catch, 10 yards) and broke a five-game scoring streak. He'll look to bounce back on Sunday night against the Raiders and will be a touchdown-dependent WR2 in that matchup.

Cedrick Wilson Oct 21 5:30pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Cedrick Wilson is not a reliable starting option in fantasy lineups for Week 7. Wilson has carved out a meaningful role in the Cowboys offense, but he remains fourth on the wide receiver depth chart behind Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb, and Michael Gallup. Wilson may have another huge week ahead of him like his Week 3 performance, but he's more likely to continue in his low-volume supporting role. He'd be worth a longer look if any of the other Cowboys pass catchers ended up missing time, but for now, Wilson can be left on the wire in most standard leagues.

Stefon Diggs Oct 21 5:30pm ET

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs has built instant chemistry with his new quarterback Josh Allen. The two of them continue to be on the same page and destroying opposing defenses. Diggs is in line for a big game against the New York Jets in Week 7. Somehow, the Jets have allowed the 15th fewest fantasy points to wide receivers, but take that with a grain of salt. Diggs should have no problems running all over this secondary. Fantasy owners should be able to lean on him as a reliable WR1 for this matchup.

    From RotoBaller

Amari Cooper Oct 21 5:20pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper may miss the WR1 ranks for the first time this season in Week 7. With Andy Dalton under center in Week 6, Cooper caught seven passes for 79 yards and a touchdown, but most of it happened in garbage time. Combine the Dallas offense's struggles with the fact that the Washington Football Team actually defends opposing wide receivers well (allowing the second-fewest fantasy points so far) and Cooper is looking more like a mid-to-high end WR2 this week and potentially going forward.

    From RotoBaller

Josh Allen Oct 21 5:20pm ET

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has not been the ideal fantasy quarterback over the last two weeks. Last week, he only threw for 122 passing yards in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. However, Allen has a great chance to rebound against the horrendous New York Jets in Week 7. Allen was looking like an MVP candidate through the first few weeks of the regular season. This is a fantastic opportunity for him to look like that guy once again. Allen is going to be an elite QB1 for the Week 7 matchup against the Jets.

    From RotoBaller

Jonnu Smith Oct 21 5:20pm ET

Tennessee Titans tight end Jonnu Smith is averaging less than six yards per red-zone catch this year, but he's scored on all five of his red-zone catches (six targets) inside the 10-yard line. Smith has hooked up with quarterback Ryan Tannehill twice for 11 yards and two touchdowns on crossing routes in the red zone, which is tied for the most such touchdowns in the league. The 25-year-old ranks third in fantasy points at his position through six weeks, but he suffered a minor ankle injury in last week's overtime win over the Texans and is questionable for Sunday against the division-rival Steelers. If Smith plays through his injury, fantasy managers may want to temper expectations a bit against a Steelers Defense that is allowing the sixth-fewest fantasy points to tight ends.

    From RotoBaller

CeeDee Lamb Oct 21 5:20pm ET

Dallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is still a decent fantasy option in Week 7, but his upside is severely limited by the new-look Cowboys offense featuring Andy Dalton at quarterback. Last week, in Dalton's first start, Lamb caught seven passes for 64 yards. He remains an exciting playmaker whenever the ball is thrown his way, but the quality of targets he sees will be much different that when Dak Prescott (ankle) was calling the shots. Lamb checks in as more of a high-end WR3 this week, especially with the Washington Football Team allowing the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

    From RotoBaller

Devin Singletary Oct 21 5:20pm ET

Buffalo Bills running back Devin Singletary has not looked sharp over the last two games, but has a chance to rebound here. He'll get a favorable matchup against the shaky New York Jets Defense. A team that has surrendered the fifth most fantasy points to running backs this season. Singletary will lose some of his touches to rookie Zack Moss, but that won't kill his value. Fantasy owners should be able to trust Singletary as a RB2 this week.

Jonnu Smith Oct 21 5:13pm ET

Tennessee Titans TE Jonnu Smith (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Fantasy Spin: Smith is coming off his worst game of the season and has only 53 yards in the last two games. He still has five touchdowns on the season and can be a No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues despite the tough matchup.

    From TheHuddle

Tom Brady Oct 21 5:13pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady (non-injury) didn't practice Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Fantasy Spin: There shouldn't be any concern here. Brady is off to a quality start for fantasy purposes, but he has topped 300 yards just once and attempted fewer than 30 passes for the first time in Week 6. He's a low-tier QB1 who's relying mainly on touchdown efficiency.

    From TheHuddle

Mike Evans Oct 21 5:13pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Fantasy Spin: Evans hasn't missed a game this season despite limited practices through the week ahead of most games. He was targeted just twice and made only one 10-yard catch in Week 6, but he has six touchdowns on the year and is clearly a go-to option for QB Tom Brady. He'll be a WR1 on Sunday Night Football against the Las Vegas Raiders.

    From TheHuddle

Andy Dalton Oct 21 5:10pm ET

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Andy Dalton does not make for a strong starting option in Week 7 fantasy lineups. Despite a trio of excellent wide receivers along with Ezekiel Elliott running the ball, the Cowboys offense was a mess in Week 6, as Dalton completed 34 of 54 passes for 266 yards. He looked overmatched, overwhelmed, and underprepared. With an extra week of practice, he may be a bit better this week, but he still has a lot to show before he can be counted on as a starting option in standard leagues. He's a low-end QB2 this week.

    From RotoBaller

Ezekiel Elliott Oct 21 5:10pm ET

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott will remain an RB1 simply based on volume, but his value will certainly take a hit with Andy Dalton now under center. Elliott was a matchup-proof top-tier RB1 with Dak Prescott around, but with Dalton calling the shots now, he's more of a low-end RB1 option. "Zeke" did fumble twice last week, which had nothing to do with Dalton, and saw Tony Pollard make his way onto the field a lot more than usual. Still, Elliott's role is not at risk and he should still be starting in all lineups. He's run for 413 yards and gained 204 yards in the passing game so far this season, scoring six touchdowns.

    From RotoBaller

Tony Pollard Oct 21 5:10pm ET

Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard saw a bit more play in Week 6 after starter Ezekiel Elliott fumbled twice in the first half. Starting over in Week 7, Pollard is almost sure to take a back seat to Elliott again, unless Elliott puts the ball on the ground again. Pollard got 10 chances to run the ball last week, gaining 31 yards. He was also targeted four times in the passing game, catching two for another nine yards. It was his first game with double-digit touches after a previous high of eight. He remains an extremely valuable backup and should be rostered, but he should not be started as long as Elliott remains on the field.

    San Francisco 49ers Oct 21 5:10pm ET

The San Francisco 49ers acquired outside linebacker Jordan Willis and a seventh-round pick in 2021 from the New York Jets on Wednesday in exchange for a sixth-round pick in 2022, according to a source. Willis has no tackles and one fumble recovery in two games for the Jets this season and has recorded 52 tackles (36 solo), eight tackles for loss, nine QB hits and three sacks in 43 career games (two starts) between the Bengals and Jets since 2017. The 25-year-old will merely be linebacker/defensive end depth for San Francisco, while the Jets continue to accumulate late-round picks amidst their lost 2020 season.

Marcedes Lewis Oct 21 5:03pm ET

Green Bay Packers OT David Bakhtiari (chest), RB Tyler Ervin (wrist), DT Tyler Lancaster (shoulder) and S Darnell Savage (quadriceps) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 21. LB Krys Barnes (calf, shoulder), LB Rashan Gary (ankle), CB Kevin King (quadriceps), TE Marcedes Lewis (knee), LB Preston Smith (shoulder), LB Za'Darius Smith (ankle) and WR Equanimeous St. Brown (knee) were limited during practice. CB Jaire Alexander (hand, knee) fully participated in practice.

    J.J. Watt Oct 21 5:03pm ET

Houston Texans TE Jordan Akins (ankle, concussion), CB Keion Crossen (foot) and DE J.J. Watt (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 21. LB Dylan Cole (knee), RB Buddy Howell (hamstring), LB Peter Kalambayi (hamstring), OG Senio Kelemete (knee), S Justin Reid (shoulder) and OT Laremy Tunsil (shoulder) were limited during practice.

    From TheHuddle
