Justin Herbert Sep 29 7:30pm ET
    Justin Herbert

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby (knee) is listed as questionable for the Week 4 divisional clash on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. The good news, though, is that the Pro Bowl pass-rusher put in a limited practice on Friday after being a DNP on Thursday. The Raiders defense won't have linebacker Curtis Bolton (knee), and safety Roderic Teamer (Achilles), defensive end Malcolm Koonce (groin) and cornerback Nate Hobbs (ankle) are all questionable as well. Crosby is the big name for Vegas' defense, but even if he plays, the Raiders could be short-handed this Sunday against a strong Chargers offense led by quarterback Justin Herbert. The Raiders defense/special teams unit wasn't on the streaming radar to begin with in fantasy football this week.

DeVonta Smith Sep 29 7:20pm ET
    DeVonta Smith

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (illness) was limited in practice on Friday and was removed from the final Week 4 injury report, so he will play on Sunday against the Washington Commanders. Running back Boston Scott (concussion) also put in a full practice and will play this weekend. Smith was under the weather and didn't practice on Thursday, but he's feeling better and should be left in fantasy starting lineups against a Commanders defense that has been shredded two weeks in a row. The 24-year-old took a back seat to teammate A.J. Brown in the Monday night win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he does have 15 catches on 20 targets for 206 yards and two touchdowns in three games this year. Smith should have a high fantasy floor this Sunday against Washington.

Jimmy Garoppolo Sep 29 7:10pm ET
    Jimmy Garoppolo

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) is officially listed as questionable to face the division-rival Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4 on Sunday. Garoppolo didn't practice on Wednesday but got in limited sessions on Thursday and Friday after suffering a concussion in the Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The key detail with the 31-year-old is that he has yet to clear the league's concussion protocol, giving him just one more day to do so before game day on Sunday. He's clearly made some progress, though. However, fantasy managers using Jimmy G in two-QB superflex leagues are in a pickle with the game in the late-afternoon slot on Sunday. If Garoppolo isn't cleared, Brian Hoyer or rookie Aidan O'Connell would get the start, which could be a disaster for the offense.

Jerry Jeudy Sep 29 7:00pm ET
    Jerry Jeudy

Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (knee) was removed from the team's injury report and will play in Week 4 on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. Jeudy logged a pair of limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday but got in a full session on Friday. The fourth-year wideout is ready to roll in a plus matchup against the struggling Chicago Bears. He hauled in 5-of-8 targets for 81 scoreless yards against Miami in Week 3 and has 106 yards (eight catches) through two games played so far this season. Jeudy is a solid WR2 on Sunday as the Broncos look to bounce back from an embarrassing Week 3 loss at the hands of the Dolphins.

Gerald Everett Sep 29 6:40pm ET
    Gerald Everett

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (illness) returned to practice on Friday after missing Thursday's session with an illness. The 29-year-old tight end missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday but getting a full session in on Friday should make him ready to go for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. So far, Donald Parham Jr. has been the preferred red zone tight end for quarterback Justin Herbert as he's already hauled in three touchdown passes to Everett's zero. However, with wide receiver Mike Williams (knee) out for the season, Everett could move up the receiving pecking order. He has some streaming appeal in a plus matchup against the leaky Raiders defense.

Elijah Mitchell Sep 29 6:30pm ET
    Elijah Mitchell

San Francisco 49ers running back Elijah Mitchell (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. The third-year running back injured his knee during Thursday's practice and missed Friday's session as a result. Mitchell has logged 16 carries for 52 yards and has caught 3-of-4 targets for just two yards while spelling starting RB Christian McCaffrey across two games this year (Weeks 1 & 3). He did not log a snap in Week 2. If he is unable to suit up for Sunday's divisional tilt against the Cardinals then Jordan Mason would likely fill in as McCaffrey's backup, although that role does not lend itself to much fantasy value. We will hear more about Mitchell's status on Sunday morning.

James Conner Sep 29 6:20pm ET
    James Conner

Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (back) has been removed from the team's injury report and is set to play in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers. The veteran running back was limited in practice for most of the week with a back issue but he managed to get in a full practice to end the week and is in line for heavy usage against a tough 49ers defense. Conner has carried the ball 51 times for 266 yards and two scores to go along with seven catches (eight targets) for 26 yards through the air so far. He's a mid-level RB2 despite the difficult matchup on Sunday.

    From RotoBaller

Jauan Jennings Sep 29 6:20pm ET
    Jauan Jennings

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. The third-year wideout suffered a shoulder injury in a Week 3 win over the New York Giants and wasn't able to log a practice this week as a result. Jennings looks to be on the wrong side of doubtful due to the limited practice reps. Deebo Samuel (ribs, ankle) is also questionable for Sunday, which means Brandon Aiyuk and rookie Ronnie Bell could be operating as the 49ers' top two options at wide receiver. The arrow is pointing up on Aiyuk but Bell is hard to trust from a fantasy perspective.

    From RotoBaller

Brandon Aiyuk Sep 29 6:10pm ET
    Brandon Aiyuk

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday and will play on Sunday versus the Cardinals. The 25-year-old began the season by accumulating 11 catches for 172 yards and two touchdowns in the first two weeks. However, he missed Week 3 because of a shoulder injury. But with Deebo Samuel (ribs, knee) questionable versus Arizona, Aiyuk should see extra attention from Brock Purdy in Week 4, making him a must-start in all fantasy formats.

    From RotoBaller

Deebo Samuel Sep 29 6:00pm ET
    Deebo Samuel

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (ribs, knee) didn't practice on Friday, marking his third consecutive absence. The 27-year-old caught six of his 12 targets for 129 yards and a touchdown versus the Giants in Week 3. However, he's now riding a questionable tag, although there's a good chance he won't be out there in Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. Fortunately, Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday, so he'd be in line to see more looks from Brock Purdy if Samuel doesn't suit up. But as always, fantasy managers should monitor things leading up to kickoff on Sunday.

    C.J. Stroud Sep 29 5:50pm ET
    C.J. Stroud

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense looks to bounce back from an atrocious Week 3 effort on Sunday when they take on the Atlanta Falcons in London. The Jags D/ST was a popular streaming candidate last week taking on a rookie quarterback at home. This did not pan out in the slightest, as they were completely outmatched in almost all areas of the field. Quarterback C.J. Stroud finished with 280 passing yards and two touchdowns, which culminated in a 20-point drubbing for the Jags. While the Falcons have one of the least intimidating passing attacks in the entire NFL, they are a top-five rushing offense, so it's better to shy away from this defensive unit that has proven to be vulnerable in multiple spots.

    From RotoBaller

Greg Joseph Sep 29 5:50pm ET
    Greg Joseph

Minnesota Vikings kicker Greg Joseph looks like a risky streaming option in Week 4 as the Vikings take on the Panthers. Joseph hasn't had many opportunities to kick through the first three games of the season, as he has only attempted two field goals, connecting on both of them. The 29-year-old has relied on extra-point attempts to save his fantasy production, but there could be reason to believe the Vikings will need to rely on him this week as the Panthers have had a solid pass defense so far this season. Fantasy managers should proceed with caution, but Joseph has shown the ability to be a reliable option in the past.

    From RotoBaller

Hunter Renfrow Sep 29 5:50pm ET
    Hunter Renfrow

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Hunter Renfrow had two receptions for 17 yards on two targets in Sunday's contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Renfrow's two targets are the most he's seen through three games after receiving one target in Week 2 and zero in Week 1. Only Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, and Josh Jacobs are seeing consistent passing game usage for the Raiders. Even in Week 2, with Meyers missing the game with a concussion, Renfrow only saw one target on 19 routes run. Renfrow should not be rostered by fantasy managers, given his target share and usage through the first three games this season.

Gus Edwards Sep 29 5:40pm ET
    Gus Edwards

Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards (head) was removed from the injury report, suggesting he'll suit up for the AFC North battle with the Browns. The 28-year-old cleared concussion protocol and practiced fully during the week, so it didn't seem as if he was in any real danger of missing this one. Edwards has been Baltimore's most productive running back this season, totaling 145 yards and a touchdown off 29 carries. While Justice Hill (foot), who is questionable, or Melvin Gordon III should see some action versus Cleveland, Edwards is expected to remain the primary ball carrier. However, he's still a risky option for any fantasy setup in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Evan Engram Sep 29 5:30pm ET
    Evan Engram

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram looks to continue his consistent season against Atlanta on Sunday. Engram sits at No. 3 among tight ends in receiving yards and targets, reaching at least five catches and 49 yards in each game thus far. He has been the most consistent producer in a middling Jaguar offense, giving fantasy managers a solid floor to work with. The Falcons were also just shredded by rookie tight-end Sam LaPorta last week, suggesting that Engram could get his first touchdown of '23. Play Engram with confidence against ATL.

    From RotoBaller

Joey Bosa Sep 29 5:30pm ET
    Joey Bosa

Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Joey Bosa (hamstring/toe) didn't practice on Friday, marking his third consecutive absence. The 28-year-old has three sacks this season, so it would be a tough blow to the Chargers defense if he's not available for the Week 4 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. He's considered questionable, so it appears he has a chance to be out there on Sunday. However, missing practice on a Friday is never a promising sign, so IDP managers should prepare to be disappointed.

    From RotoBaller

    T.J. Hockenson Sep 29 5:30pm ET
    T.J. Hockenson

Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson will look to keep his strong start to the season going in Week 4, as the Vikings take on the Panthers. Hockenson has found himself averaging 17.0 PPR fantasy points through three games this season, good enough for the overall TE1 spot to start the year. The former Detroit Lion has taken on a crucial role in one of the most pass-heavy offenses in the league, which makes him one of the safest TE1 options for fantasy managers at what is a very shallow position once again. Hockenson is a must-start option.

    From RotoBaller

Zamir White Sep 29 5:30pm ET
    Zamir White

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White has been virtually non-existent for the Raiders over the past three games. White is the backup to the Raiders workhorse, Josh Jacobs, which has led to minimal opportunities and production. Through three weeks, White has totaled five carries for 24 yards, a lost fumble, and one reception for five yards. Six opportunities for 29 total yards and zero touchdowns in three games is minimal usage. White is a nonfactor in fantasy and should continue to be insignificant to the offense regardless of the matchup as long as Jacobs remains healthy. Fantasy managers can leave White on their waiver wires or stash him on the bench as an insurance back.

    From RotoBaller

    Aidan O'Connell Sep 29 5:20pm ET
    Aidan O'Connell

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell could be in line for the start if starter Jimmy Garoppolo remains in the concussion protocol and can't play this weekend. Garoppolo was placed in the protocol following the Raiders loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night and is still in the protocol on Friday. The Raiders rookie quarterback performed well in the preseason, passing for 482 yards and three touchdowns with a 69% completion percentage in three games. Preseason success is not always predictive of regular season success, but O'Connell may be the preferred start over veteran Brian Hoyer because of his potential. Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams shared praise of O'Connell to the media, stating that the rookie had opened a lot of eyes in the organization. Garoppolo has one more chance to clear the concussion protocol on Saturday to be eligible for Sunday's game, so more clarity on the situation should be available tomorrow. If Garoppolo does not clear the protocol, the starting job on Sunday will belong to O'Connell or Hoyer. O'Connell seems to have more upside against a Chargers team, which has been one of the easiest matchups for quarterbacks, but fantasy managers should look elsewhere for a streaming quarterback in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Austin Ekeler Sep 29 5:20pm ET
    Austin Ekeler

According to ESPN's Kris Rhim, Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler (ankle) isn't expected to play on Sunday versus the Raiders. The veteran injured his ankle in the regular-season opener against the Miami Dolphins and has missed the last two games. As a result, Joshua Kelley has been the top guy on the depth chart the last two weeks, although he hasn't taken advantage of his additional workload, totaling just 51 yards off 24 touches. Kelley is hard to trust entering Week 4. Yet, he still warrants consideration from managers in deeper fantasy setups. Regarding Ekeler, the Chargers have a bye on the horizon, meaning he might return for the Week 6 clash with the Dallas Cowboys.
